Membership

HDA membership is open to all career diplomats (below the rank of Ambassador) and home-based technical and support staff accredited to Finland by the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs.

Members have the privilege to attend all HDA events and activities, and enjoy the social and professional benefits thereof. There is no limit to number of members from individual missions.

Regular members pay an annual fee of 48.00 € to cover the costs incurred in administering and sponsoring events.  Spouses and/or partners are welcome to become HDA associate members for an annual fee of 24.00 €.  Annual membership fees are payable to Nordea Account 221938-2856.
