Monthly Happy Hour
The Helsinki Diplomatic Association hosts a monthly happy hour event at Club Ahjo in the Klaus K Hotel on the first Tuesday of each month at 1800.


Cultural Events
The Helsinki Diplomatic Association (HDA) supports local efforts to promote both Finnish and international cultural events in Finland. 

Should your Embassy or organization wish to post information regarding a cultural event in Finland, please contact info@helsinkidiplomatic.org.

Some of HDA activities from the 2006-2008 diplomatic season:

• Organizing 25th HDA Anniversary Gala Dinner in September 2006
• Organizing and funding the annual HDA Christmas Party in December
• Subsidizing initial beverage at monthly happy hours
• Donation to children's charity during Christmas season
• Organizing and subsidizing HDA trips to Stockholm, Sweden in November 2006, Tallinn, Estonia in December 2006, and Vilnius, Lithuania in June 2007
• Funding meals for guest speakers to monthly HDA political luncheons
• Offsetting incidental expenses to HDA excursions, such as August 2007 trip to Hämeenlinna Housing Fair and the Finnish Glass Museum
• Organizing and funding of the May 2008 farewell party for HDA members
